More info about me
My training in spiritual care at the Université de Montréal (UdeM), CHUM, and CHUV, together with formation through the Church, shaped my holistic understanding of the human person. Through clinical practice and social work experience, I learned to accompany individuals and families in vulnerable situations with attentive listening, ethical discernment, and respect for their dignity. This integrative approach—uniting spiritual, emotional, psychological, and social dimensions—guides my compassionate, trauma-informed practice focused on healing, resilience, and restoration of meaning, especially among vulnerable populations.

I am trilingual, offering sessions in English, Spanish, and French.

I often describe my work with this phrase in French:
“A l’écoute de votre cœur » — listening deeply to your heart.”

In English, it could be said as:
“Heart to heart conversations, from the comfort of your home.”

And in Spanish, in a similar spirit:
“Escuchando tu corazón, con respeto y cercanía.”

A gentle space to pause, be heard, and reflect on what matters most.
An invitation to walk gently with what you are carrying.
Isaiah 61:3
and provide for those who grieve in Zion—
to bestow on them a crown of beauty
    instead of ashes,
the oil of joy
    instead of mourning,
and a garment of praise
instead of a spirit of despair.
They will be called oaks of righteousness,
    a planting of the Lord
for the display of his splendor.
A gentle first step. No obligation.
